Nixter
I got my buddy at work onto it and he swears by it. 99% of the people who think they are non celiac, gluten intolerant, arent. Their issue is likely FODMAPS. The original researchers who starting the gluten free craze went back and did a better study with more people and realized that FODMAPS, not gluten, was the real culprit. The reason gluten free diets work somewhat well for people is because gluten and FODMAPS exist in many of the same foods, so by eliminating gluten you are actually eliminating FODMAPS. There are foods with FODMAPS and no gluten though so if eating them causes you issues then you have your answer.
