Beginner cycle review

Hi all 👋

After much research I'm almost ready to place an order for my first cycle and was hoping to gather opinions beforehand.

25yo, 195lb, 6'1, lifting for 5 years, serious for 2.

I plan on running 500mg Test E / week (250 e3d) for 12 weeks

I will have Arimidex on deck and, if it's needed, will start running at 0.25mg e2d and increase/decrease based on results.

The most important bit of information I need is in regards to PCT, it's absolutely impossible to get a clear answer online as most discussions just seem to end in a flame war...

My understanding is as follows:

week 15-16 (two weeks after the last injection):

20mg Nolvadex twice daily

week 17-18:

20mg Nolvadex daily

other remaining questions:

is HCG also needed during PCT? if so what timing/dosage?

what symptoms should I watch out for to know that I should start dosing the Arimidex? Is Nolvadex a better choice for this since I will already have it anyways? if so, what dosage.

I'm not going to start until I have all the information i need and all of my bottles in hand

thanks in advance 🙂

Just now, BodyTechPharma said:

You have to have HCG in any pct in my opinion for 2 to 3 weeks every 3 to 4 days , along with Nolvadex and clomid , and in my opinion arimidex is too harsh and hard on the lipids , I would use aromasin . You can to easily crash your estrogen with arimidex.

thx for the info!

would you mind laying out your preferred dosage schedule for all of the above (hcg, nolva, clomid)?
