low dose tren with trt?

hi guys so i was taking 0.25mg letro ED as well as around 200mg of test weekly via 2x everyday dosing of a transdermal test cream.

 

unfortunately i seemed to have fucked my hormone balance , as my libido is quite low even on those doses . makes no fuckin sense. i noticed really when i no longer had any urges to jack off for like , weeks. which is very uncommon for me. idk if i crashed my estrogen or wtf... my dick is also getting no blood flow at all during the day it’s shrunk the fuck up seriously.. like from 3.5 inches soft to 2inches.

SO i remember when i was on injectables i never had this problem . so i switched back to injectable test . i’ve also added a bit of tren into the mix . it comes out to 66.6mg tren e 94 test c weekly. i’ve completely dropped the AI

 

im hoping the tren will help also with the libido

I have viagra and cialis on deck to basically force  myself to get hard but it’s nice to have that uncontrollable lust feeling i’ve lost recently.

been on this new dosing for only 3 days now, 2nd pin incoming and already starting to feel that bit of classic tren feelings aka the CNS stimulation and the libido. I woke up today with morning wood which hasnt happened for a couple weeks so i was very pleased.

mainly for paranoia / prevention purposes i guess, i thought it was correct at first but i think the half lives built up and i got crashed. It was really hard to balance my hormones daily before i went back to injectable

 

im planning to get bloods with estrogen sensitive test (since im using tren) so I can see how im doing as far as liver values/hemaglobin/estrogen and all that good stuff..testing is a bit goofed right now since covid 19 so ill wait a month or 2. if i can manage to be just in the higher than normal but still "safe" levels at that point, i will continue indefinitely with the protocol as long as i can. I will also be able to dial in the E2 if need be

First of all u shouldn't ever use letro at all unless precontest or having a gyno emergency.

Secondly...ur on a trt dose of test. U shouldnt need an ai at all let alone letro.

-Ur libido is gone from crashed estrogen. 100%

-adding that tiny dose of tren wont do anything.  If ur on trt...be on trt. Nothing wrong with that.  If you want to do juice...then raise ur test from trt and do juice. But tren is not the answer.

I'm a pretty firm believer that if youre not competing in bodybuilding or a strength sport that you should NEVER need to do tren.

If You want added libido...

-raise your test,

-stop ai altogether and wait for symptoms (or better yet..bloodwork) before taking anything. And if you do take an ai..take aromasin.

-add proviron @50mg/day. It Will increase free test.

Drop the Letro. You don’t need it. Definitely what is killing your libido.

thanks for the help guys. yea i learned the hard way even using tiny doses, the presence of any letro at all just fucks your estrogen. 

 

ive been on no AI or any extras for like 3 weeks now and i feel so much better . 

 

my nips however seem to be getting just a tiny bit puffy i’m thinking from the tren , so i just dosed 0.25 caber to play it safe. but not taking any anti estrogens

actually i was using 30mg per day and wasn’t noticing much at all besides dht sides like voice, body hair growth etc and prostate growth. i was having to get up like 3 times in the night to pee every night, as well as like 4 times through the day, no matter the amount i drank. i dropped it and honestly was kinda thinking it’s overhyped.

Works wonders for me when I’m on trt even incredibly increases sex drive keeps the estro at bay , but my trt is only 125mg test-e per week and 50mg proviron ed .

i was using the letro while on it, maybe that was the problem. i’ll try it again at 50mg when i run out of tren next month and switch to just test cruise.

lol i know i’m so retarded..without bloods i just figured, that i was having high estrogen symptoms at a certain point, so i started the letro. then about 3 weeks on that protocol i started to feel crashed , low energy/libido and most noticeably my knees were dry and achy constantly . i literally would get sore knees just sitting on the computer and having them bent.

 

dropped that stuff and like i said just low test and tren rn and feel so much better

hehe you know me too well! but yes i’m getting the bloods asap just a bit paranoid about going into those test centers with all the corona stuff recently.. i’m wondering what would be less safe, waiting a few months to get the bloods even tho i’ve been blasting/crusing since mid december, OR risking getting some virus while in those lobbys potentially sitting next to sick dogs. what do you think?

this is how i’m looking now on 150mg test D , 120mg tren e....gains are slow and steady. i’ve cleaned up my diet ENTIRELY. and trying to cut up by summer time. i’ve been slowly losing fat and gaining more muscle ..BUT

i need some opinions

lately i’m feeling bloated , i am doing higher sodium lower carb high protein type diet, can the sodium be causing this.

I’m also eating a lot more fiber via a seed and berry mix i eat when i want a sweet snack. i knew my body had to adjust to more fiber but i’ve been eating this mix for like a week and i’m literally bloated to hell all day just farting out straight gas. thank god im single right now and working from home. like my upper body is on point but my abdomen is puffin out due to this bloat shit. i’m on an anti depressant as well so i’ve heard that causes weight gain..idk

 

ive just added 10 mins of moderate intensity cardio to the end of my workouts as well as starting to do 48 hour fasts on the weekends. I workout everyday . what do you guys think! 

i will be on 150mg test 120mg tren

You need to greatly reduce your sodium intake but don’t completely cut it out it will bloat your but you do need some for proper electrolyte balance , up your water intake and try to get atleast 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight , That has to be a good clean protein . Chicken , fish , turkey , very lean cuts of red meat once a week . Give it a try and report back , I’m sure more will chime in , Ask @Corey5150 for some direction he will give you a better idea than myself . I told you what works for me.

You need to lose the fat man, trust me, you may think you dont have much, but you always have to double what you think you need to lose. For example, I lost 30 pounds during this covid shit, I thought by losing 15 pounds Id be shredded but lol, you always need to loose much more than you think.

What I would do if I were you is either cut more calories or do more cardio. What works for me is taking a walk everyday for 30 minutes after my workouts. 

Also you are on tren right now so you can go pretty low with the calories without loosing any muscles since tren is anti-catabolic.

Cut the 48hours fasting also man, its not necessary, just eat less and leaner source of proteins. As @CapeBretonDadBod said, aim for 1g of protein per lbs of bodyweight, and fill in the rest with carbs/fats, however you like it. 

Lost 30 pounds on 2000 calories in about 3 months here, so you can do it man dont give up

no you are right. i was just blind before and in that noobie god mode stage...i’m trying to cut hard now. i realized i started with too much fat for sure, but also that no one appreciates my mass gains if i got a belly. @MaskedMisery

keep in mind i’m cutting..currently my diet example for today was-

(train fasted in the morning, 10 mins aka 115 cals burned of cardio before and after weight training)

-2x 6oz steaks, 3/4 cup of 5 seed mix + a few dried berries, less than 15g carb (meal 1)

-4x eggs whole (meal 2)

 

that’s it. how is that? i’m also trying to get a pea protein shake in , with no carbs and around 30g of protein. usually only 1x per day. i know it’s pretty low cals but i’ll be fine not going catabolic once i’m on tren and test right ?

also you guys may have noticed i haven’t put on any crazy weight in the last couple months , again keep in mind when i got off the original 400mg tren/50 anadrol/200 test, i started focusing more on recomping with low doses over long time. i’m sitting around 198lbs right now but it’s going down daily from the low cals.

only recently the last week have i actually been doing cardio and low carbs. i’m glad to say i’ve upped my training and diet with much less drugs. and i’m very strong , more than i’ve ever been. just the gut is overshadowing a lot of progress. i’ve been tanning outside shirtless on my way to and from the gym, and feeling my fat bounce has about pissed me off and it’s over with, it’s coming off.
