mbmuscle
Anybody recommend a vegan protein that doesn't taste like gritty dirt & chemicals. I'm lactose intolerant. Haven't met an iso or beef protein that my guts like.
OntarioDude
Vega Sport (dark grey jug). Only buy it on sale though because it's usually expensive... Edited September 6, 2018 by OntarioDude Sale
nitrous
Vega was recently involved in issue where a study came up with a large amount a heavy metals in their product https://www.nutraingredients-usa.com/Article/2018/03/02/Study-that-alleges-many-protein-powders-contain-heavy-metals-gets-big-pushback-including-threatened-legal-action Personally, I would look for a better option. 1
Mr.classic
Iron vegan is the only one I have tried that is tolerable.
Blitz
I wouldn't use a vegan protein. Soy and Pea proteins are not really great for anabolism. Have you tried drinking pasteurized egg whites? If not, give it a go. If so, I would just eat whole food. Vegan protein is a complete waste.
Whiteboyblue
Hemp protein is good for amino acids as well I would recommend in the morning even if using whey already.

I'm lactose intolerant. Haven't met an iso or beef protein that my guts like. There are also plenty of lactose free options - or is it a whey intolerance? Some times I find people can mix the two up. I currently use liquid egg whites, so I'll agree with that option. However, theres also the Redcon 1 MRE protein that is whole food based and contains no dairy whatsoever - much easier to digest than a full beef protein. TO_Lifter
Vegan Freak. Wife's been taking it for few years. Every time we try something else, we go back to Vegan Freak.
millenium girl
II stick to the Weider Vegan protein. Taste is great and it mixes very well.
funlog
I use Naked Rice, not great tasting, but not like dirt. Rice is the only ingredient. They also have Pea. They sell it on amazon Canada. I throw in a banana, some natural peanut butter with vanilla oat milk and it's not bad at all.
