76AD Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 I put an order in on Monday and it's been on hold since then. Funds were EMT'd at the same time and have been sitting. I've PM'd on here and emailed BT but haven't gotten any response. Is this typical or have I missed something somewhere about the ordering process? I haven't ordered anything in a few years but when I used to responses were usually within a few hours not days which is why I'm wondering. Homeliteguy123 Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 I would not worry my friend! Typically mine takes about 10 days from beginning to end to get my package in Alberta. A lot of times the status on the website never changes so don't worry about that. If you paid the money, and gave a shipping address, after a few days they will accept your EMT and then ship your load to you.
