Clen on and off cycle

I've been looking into clen for the last little bit. I have never tried it myself but looking to run it in the future. 

I'm curious if anyone has ran it both on cycle and off cycle and how it was different. 

Also how good it would do in pct since it helps preserve muscle mass.

I’ve run clen many times. I love the stuff. Off cycle I get a very good performance boost and on cycle (with good nutrition and cardio) I stay very lean. Dave palumbo said he always ran clen off cycle for its muscle sparing effects. Tho it’s debatable whether humans build/hold muscle with clen. IMO yes, even if only for the performance boost. If you can lift more weight you build more muscle.

Clen can be a great fat burner but I only use it at key times with my athletes like in the prep phase.

You do not won't to over do its use or depend on it like a pre workout which is something many people do

you have to always consider long term heart health

 

the best protocol that I have found is the following

 

I like to run clen for 3 weeks on 1 week off

On the 3rd week I also have my athletes to take 1 tablet of Benadryl at bedtime

 

then the 4th week is off everything

 

then repeat
