New prep

Well I was gonna take this year off to gain a large amount of muscle mass (I was 226lbs last year onstage and was told to get to 240lbs to be at the next level). But seeing how I'm going on a course in South Carolina in 2 weeks for 3.5 months I'm gonna be prepping now. At first I thought I couldn't do it but the more I thought about it the more it actually turned into the perfect scenario. I'll only be in class for 3 hours in the morning, my own room/kitchen, no responsibility of taking care of my own household (and as much as I'll miss them) my kids will be here with my wife. I'll be given $100/day for food and no nothing else to do but train. So as of right now I'm aiming for the King Kong classic Nov 12th in Toronto, hope you guys will enjoy the updates.
