Hi all. New here. I’m not quite sure on how to go about on this platform or how it works. I just ordered anavar and I’m new to it. Any pointers for starters would be greatly appreciated. I’m asking what my diet should be ? Workouts? Etc. possibly symptoms? I mean I’ve been on it one week already and loving how I’m feeling. Thanks all.

Hi Tooshort,

Firstly you should get bloodwork so you know your markers.
Then do bloodwork again later on after say maybe 1 to 2 months.

What are you looking at achieving?

Ok sounds good. I’ll make an appointment with my doctor . I’m looking to achieve more lean muscle and less body fat. Like I don’t want to get huge like a body builder though. Just more lean I guess.

Well you can also think about Retatrutide, or Trez..
This will help shed the bf allot..

Example:
Week 1: 5mg var / 2.5mg Tirz Week 2: 5mg var / 2.5mg Tirz Week 3: 6.25 mg var / 5mg Tirz
Theres a few good places in Canada to get legit stuff as well.

Lets take into consideration what your training experience is for starters, what your current training like, what's your diet like, experience with PEDs, current bw, and what your current physique looks like before even hoping on anything and like mole said get bloodwork done is key, and always remember less is more in this sport

I have heard rumours that there is a new fitness test being introduced for level 4s and above? next season.

I believe it is to be 4000m total distance, split into 75m run -> 25m walk x 40. Has anyone got an idea on what the time will be for this? Or if indeed this will be implemented next year?

Has anyone done this test before? How does it compare to the current cooper test?

Only test I've ever done is test e, test c, test prop and sustanon there all pretty comparable, till you get some nice crystallization from the sust then its fun lol
