I’d youre feeling that depleted and need to “heal up” I’d actually advice being out of the gym for a bit, come down to a cruise - lower your carbs, increase your fats - basically creating more of a stimulus for growth by reducing overall stress and inflammation.i mean the weights lol. i've entered a deload by necessity at the moment. i need to let my body heal up before i do anything else. opinions on adding hgh to the mix for the purpose of healing?
