Seems like you are indeed very knowledgeable which is great.1. Chest shoulders and triceps together with a quick bicep pump at the end. I like the look and feel.
2. Legs equally as well but i don’t get the visual as I don’t wear shorts in the gym.
3. Back also I love a full feeling back and traps after a good heavy session.
That’s my tier rating.
