First Cycle

Well, I'm official on steroids.

Had a friend pin my ass last night and there really wasn't much to it. Didn't feel the 27g needle at all but she did say it took quite a bit of effort to push the oil through. Gonna put an order in for 25g needles as you all have suggested to make things a little easier. Injection area is a little sore this morning but that's about it.

First enhanced training session today, obviously still way too early to feel any difference. Running canditos 6 week powerlifting program with my own bodybuilding exercises afterwards.

Squat - 325 4x6

Deadlift - 410 2x6

Back/abs/legs bodybuilding accessories

Injection site feels like someones punched me in the ass but I guess that's what PIP is all about. Seems to be fading now though. Going to try warming the vial up and injecting more slowly next time to see if it helps at all.

Second pin was on Tuesday, pinned the other glute and still got PIP despite heating the vial and injecting more slowly. Must just be that virgin muscle PIP,  not much you can do. Right now I'm planning to rotate sites between glutes, VG and thighs. Really not looking forward to thigh PIP. RIP leg day 😣

Are you still injecting with a 27g? My first cycle was almost the same as yours, PIP was insane the first couple of times, had to sleep in crazy positions to avoid any pain in my glutes. What did it for me is heating the vial and using the Z-Track method for injecting. After that, PIP became minimal and not as much annoying during the day

Yes good to mention the z-track. Just pull the skin over in one direction or the other then inject. When you pull the needle out and relax the skin, it will retract and you wont get any sub-q bleed, which results in pip everytime .

I have nothing to add here as mentioned 25g pin  and the z-track is great I always use that way less chance of bleeding and you don’t lose a drop of that gear, all these gentlemen here have been through it follow the guidelines you learned here , an I applaud you for doing your homework that’s so nice to see a newbie not going in blind and then crying to us to fix their mistakes , but as others have said this is your show what works for us might not work for you , adjust accordingly and enjoy the ride man ! First cycle is always the best, I actually still enjoy a test only cycle now and then it feels great. And Congrats on the promotion brother you deserved it coming in here and taking the time to come educated . Hope to see you stay here , looking forward to seeing your progress.

 
Alright it's now been a week on cycle and everything is going great. I put on an insane amount of weight this week effortlessly. I didn't even increase my calories all that much thinking it would be best to take it slow at first to wait for the test to really kick in. I did an InBody scan last Thursday just for shits to see where that weight was going. As you can see in the picture, in 7 days I went from 182.5lbs to 192.0lbs while remaining at the same bodyfat% and skeletal muscle mass went up 4.6lbs. It's no blood test but that's a pretty damn good indication the test is hitting hard right from the start. I'm already pushing 200lbs on the scale today while still looking and feeling lean. I'm still going to get an actual blood test done about 4-5 weeks in. I honestly wasn't expecting it to work this quick based on what I've read.

Also now that the PIP is mostly cleared up on both sides, I can say in hindsight the second injection PIP was definitely shorter and less intense than the first. So I do believe heating the vial and injecting more slowly helped. I'm going to try the Z track method as some of you have mentioned, thanks for suggestion. I'm still using 27g atm, heating the oil with a heat gun for several seconds helped with flow significantly.

That's awesome bro! Just wait until the test kick in haha, you're gonna feel awesome! First cycle I did I put on 30lbs, went from 185 to 215 in 12 weeks. First cycle is the one you want to take advantage of, eat a lot, train hard and the results will show Im sure. Cant wait to see how you look in a couple weeks! Keep it up

Pinned my VG on Saturday and holy fuck the PIP was hell. Pinned at noon and could barely walk a few hours later. Got a bit better on Sunday but still struggling with basic movements. Worked up to a squat set of 325x10 today and after that the pain was too much to finish the rest of the sets. If it wasn't for this damn PIP everything would be gravy man. Gonna pin my ass again tomorrow and do my other VG next Saturday since I can't be dealing with that again during the work week. Looking forward to when it doesn't hurt this much  to inject 🤣

Virgin muscle pain I'm assuming, I was kinda just putting them in the same basket. Going to hit a muscle for the second time tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see how it feels the second go

 
Was supposed to pin the other VG but it just wasn't a good weekend to have to deal with the PIP from that. I've done both glutes for a second time now which went well with only a small amount of soreness. Just confirms that I was dealing with virgin muscle PIP. Starting to feel a little stronger in the gym. Libido, confidence and general well being also seem to be slightly improved. Nothing too dramatic, just feel like myself but a little better overall. Still don't feel the need to take an AI at this point, no estrogen sides as of yet.

Got another body scan done and again the results are showing significant muscle gain and very little BF. At this point I have no doubts about the quality of the gear.  From 192.0 to 201.6, up 5.5 of muscle mass and 0.5lbs of fat only increasing my BF% by 0.1% compared to last week. Going to be doing these weekly since things happen fast on cycle and seeing the results have been highly motivating

Awesome progress brother! I bet you were very excited to see the balance go up this week haha, it's only gonna go up from now on! Glad to hear you are feeling great also, let us know if anything is not going as planned and we'll help you out!

Been a couple weeks since an update but here we go. Weight is now up to 217.9lbs but muscles gains seems to be slowing down a bit while fat is going up. Likely due to my recent food habits. Lots of fast food. Definitely going to cut back on that to minimize additional fat gains as it's getting noticeable around the waist. Overall though I'm liking the look, just feeling more beefy which is great for someone who always felt skinny. One thing in particular I'm very happy about is my neck circumference went from 14.5in to 16.5in since the start of my cycle. Hated how skinny my neck looked before and it really seems that the neck exercises i do are paying off. Insane growth in such a short time.

On another note, I hit some pretty wild numbers for me last week.

Squat 425x4

CGBP 275x6

Deadlift 500x6

Very happy with those lifts. Unfortunately I was really pushing my luck benching again. I really want to hit that 3 plate but my elbows are hurtin again so i got to lay off. Really need to figure out this issue. I'm taking this week off of lifting since my muscles/joints just feel completely trashed. I've yet to notice any real recovery benefits from test. Like I'm definitely getting stronger but still feel sore all the time. Maybe it's still too early the cycle?

Still haven't noticed any e2 symptoms, so I haven't felt the need to take any AI yet. I'm going for my blood test this Saturday so we'll see what that shows.

That's awesome progress and your lifts are very nice too! As for the elbow pain, most of the time the elbow is not the problem, you may have an injury or a muscle imbalance in your shoulder or your wrist which causes the elbow to hurt. Jeff Cavalier has some videos about that on youtube just search elbow pain athlean X and youll find it quickly.

The thing is with enormous amounts of test in the body, the muscle grow more quickly than the ligaments and tendons. As you lift more weight, your muscle might be able to lift the weight, but the tendons did not get enough time to adapt, so you are more prone to injury. Taking a break is always a good choice, let some time for your body to recover from all that increase in weight and hit the gym just when you feel better. You are better off not getting an injury and having to stop the cycle. Let us know how bloodwork looks like next time.

 
Virgin muscle pain I'm assuming
I remember this all to well way back in the day when I started doing quad shots. I would limp around work and my boss would often ask me if I needed leave, lol.

One night in bed my girl friend at the time pushed her knee into my quad; I woke up and immediately gave her the shove from hell not knowing what I was doing. Her eyes opened, she hauled back and full on punched me in the chest, her eyes closed, back to sleep. Cool and creepy at the same time.

Blood tests are in and everything seems to be as expected.  Test is about 6-7x natural levels, LH and FSH are tanked, e2 is significantly higher than natty yet no symptoms of high e2 that I'm aware of. Wondering if I should still does some aromasin to keep my levels down a bit? Or should I just ride it out?

I would just ride it out and if symptoms arise treat them accordingly, I don’t believe in using an ai if it’s not necessary. You will know when something is off.
