What do u drink/eat intra workout?

Pre-workout I eat a bagel, a banana, and 4-6 egg whites. 

Plenty of bcaas, electrolytes, and carbs - so water only intra-workout for me, science be damned lol
And add to all of that some meat after workout. Mostly protein rich meat like chiken.

I always eat chicken, lean beef, fish or eggs post work-out. Never a whey shake. If I do make a shake it is with NOW brand pure egg white powder, greek yogurt, fruit and water or milk. Natural, wholesome food only

Im my 32 years of lifting I havent spent more than $50 on supplements.
