I run a 5-6 days per week trng. I do Chest Biceps and short tricep workout Day 1.

Day 2 Legs and 2 shoulder exercises 4 sets per exercise.

Back triceps with 2 bicep exercises on day 3

Day 4 Shoulder blast with 2 leg exercises again 4 sets and deep failure.

Day off. Then repeat.

I try and use different volume styles and rest pauses and short of failure techniques. After training as many years as i have i know when its time to go heavy, go a bit more volume, keep a few reps in reserve etc.
I do not follow a fixed volume work schedule as i go by feel.

I have tried any and every method i could, then settled on this for the most part as it delivers to me what works best for my genetics.

I would like to hear what some you folks do in the gym for splits, routiunes, schedules etc.

I'm currently doing Upper/Lower/Rest/Upper/Lower/Rest/Rest
And it's the strongest and biggest I've ever been I have an A workout and a B workout currently. gonna most like do 3 separate workout rotations so that i keep things progressing

I do full body 4 times a week focusing on compound lifts. Each day will have a main lift that will be heavy I wish I could post my excel spread sheet I put a lot of thought into this
