Alrightyyy, finally a second to get on the laptop! hate trying to post from my phone, especially with my one wrist being all fucky, probably from being on my phone.

Today, went pretty well, as far as diet. I'm lower cals today. i haven't been this low on cals in a long time... sibutramine helped, a lot. 

in the past ive been using phent to help on lower days. i like phent. i can go all day without eating, not even think about food, no cravings, nothing. but, i get sides. like, i feel like shit. my mind is like, all over the place. i'll start one thing, start another, then go back to the first thing, forget i started something else. go to another thing. nothing gets finished. it gets done but, it's done very oddly. i make no sense. i feel drunk but, i'm not. i can't even think straight. it's just a bad time but, it works so, i just dealt with it.

today. much better. actually got all my deep cleaning done, i was pretty focused. 15mg was a perfect dose. i dont plan on going up from that. i ate my carbs, waited a little, like a hour or so before i took the sib and didn't eat til like noon. about a hour after i eat carbs, i need food.  and i wasn't constantly thinking, when my next meal was.  days off from the gym are kinda rough at times because, i'm home and, all i want to do is stuff my face.  

Today turned out to be a decent day too. won 30 bucks on a scratch ticket and hey, the sperm donor finally made a fuking support payment. fukkin dick, about time!  hopefully he still goes to court on the 25th because, the judge needs to read him my letter. to file for divorce.  and oh, penguins lost, another game. they're starting to piss me off with their shittiness. 

On another note. I will be swapping over to BT var here soon.  I'm running 10mg of a lab from over the border still... i'll be dropping down once my guy ends his blast... kinda trying to time our cycles together.  mainly for our sex drives to match up. 

Anyways, getting late, i got one more meal to eat and then a movie. hope you all have a good night!

Today I have cardio for sure. 

I want to squat, and or do leg press. just depends on my knee.  Last night really fucked me up.  I think I was pretty dehydrated and my knee was horrible.  It feels a tiny bit better today so, we'll see by later on this evening.  My back is a little sore from friday's workout still. Guess I hit it pretty good. If I don't squat, i would deadlift but won't since I am so.  Guess I could do core? ::Eye roll::   And maybe delts.

Still waking up at 165lbs but after I eat, and what not 170lbs. 

No other real updates.

Alright. I suck. Got too tired to post. At the all in now. I finally have health care so, gotta get some acne cream and, my son a doctor. This should be interesting.  

I'll try and get around to posting afterwards.  I'll probably hit the weights at noon and then get ready for a appointment later on. 

 
Todays macros suck. And yesterday's dont wanna screenie properly and, my wrist is in too much pain to deal

shit, i didn't check in yesterday?  I thought I did. sorry..

Did some chest and 25 mins of cardio..

Today is a off day, if i can, i'll just go do some cardio today.

Took 10mg of BT var this morning so, made the swap over. and in maybe about 2 weeks I will be dropping down to 5mg and cruising with 5 for a few weeks.  Main goal will be to drop body fat and maintain my gains but, I am sure I will lose some. which, is expected with lower calories and, added cardio. 

I'll post macros up once I get them done.

Deadlifts sucked last night. The little boys at the gym took the regular bar so, I was stuck with the super duper stiff bar.  I hate squating and deadlifting with that bar.  So. Didnt hit my goal. Ended up working with reps.

Been running errands since 8 pretty much... i'm taking a nap right now. i gotta rearrange some macros and then i'll post up.

Did legs.. Squats and Leg press with 20 mins of cardio.

Couldve held my mid section a bit better but, meh. I'm no pro. It's just a hobby.
