I’ve heard TB500 was good for injuries.   
 

amazing delts man!  I tend to focus on my delts to take away from my small bicep genes lol.  So many guys today are pretty lazy on their shoulder days, but then always ask how to get those “boulder shoulders” lol.   Delts are a lot like quads, where as they need a shit ton of volume to really grow after a certain point.    I see so many guys doing the normal 4 exercises for delts with 3-4 sets each, but then turn around and train biceps for hours apon hours lol.   The biggest thing that helped me was when I learned how to keep the traps out of the lateral movements, so many people will engage their traps and get a sick trap pump but hardly even engage the side delts.  Once you can figure that out, then your golden.  I only engage my traps with the heavier weights to throw it up and hold with delts, just to overload the muscle.

working through an injury sucks, but just baby it man, get the foundation back and you should be able to slowly add weight and intensity.   I’ve never tore a delt or a bicep.  But I have tore a pec, and it’s rediculous trying to work through it.

keep it up man, you’ll get back to that soon enough.    I could definitely be bigger, but I’m feeling my proportions are starting to even out.  I really just need to focus on some back thickness.   I too am just a small version of what I once was, I’ll see if I can dig up some pics for you.  I was 10-15 lbs heavier with the same body fat back in my prime.

Did some legs today, was excited for the shoes. Totally worth it. God what a difference. My feet/ankles are so stable now. I know once my body gets back into it after a week off + improper food intake, I'll be golden.

Had a descent workout today (well yesterday), will post in the morning. I did arms and chest a bit. I did 225lbs on decline better than ever with less gear so that's a good feel. I also went ahead and did 60lbs on DB flat bench today. No pain. So that makes me feel really good about myself even though the numbers are a laughing matter, imagine not being able to train at all for such a long time due to an injury and being able to do it again. It just feels good!

Tomorrow (today) the plan is to do deadlifts... wife wants to come with me this time... so it'll be interesting... she also wants us to get back on peptides (ipamorelin or ghrp2 and mod-grf), so I will probably place a new order tomorrow anyway.

 
That’s awesome bro!!!  So glad to hear it!  It might be a good idea to be training a bit off gear, don’t need any superficial strength to put you in a bad spot with your injuries and lose all of this progress.   Muscle memory is a real thing, and it won’t take long at all for those 60s to turn into 80s.  I respect your determination, with everything I read from you so far, training ethic, family ethic etc etc.  those gainz will come back bro, just easy does it with those injuries.  I remember when I tore my pec and basically starting at the bottom again pushing through the injury in a manner that it would heal and get those gains back.

working out with the wife is fun. Mine joins me from time to time.  All the ass slapping and stuff is fun.  Always nice to have a cheerleader in your corner.

Last time I did 405, which was like two weeks ago and all the mess that happened, so i did okay. not high rep but pushed the weight. I know I can do 445 based on feel, I was just tired and hungry and failed from the bottom and let go

As far as shoes go, just okay for deads, they really really helped on squats thats where they shined!

 
425 deadlifts aren’t anything to sneeze at bro, especially as a last exercise doing both some back and leg work.   Did you use straps?   405 is about all I can get raw, something about alternating grips messes with me.   All in all good workouts brother.    
 

I did do some research, TB500 is a healing peptide, information out there says it does wonders for injuries, and prices I’ve seen aren’t bad at all.  I’ve never tried it myself, but I’ve heard really good things about it.   Could be an option for you.

 
I had an awesome workout today and the wife actually finally came along, she did her own thing first day it's all good. I was still focused on my workout straight full hour.

So I contacted @BodyTechPharma rep and waiting for a response on next order.

Report so far, I am feeling great, no more digestion issues, no more dark urine, I am going to stay on tren. Appetite is good, slightly slightly reduced cause of tren but that's okay still hungry hungry.

Change of plan from:

  • 400mg tren-e + 400mg mast-e + 0.6ml test400
  • 2x var + 2x stano

Change to:

  • 300mg tren-e + 400mg mast-e + 0.6ml test400 + 300mg npp
  • 1x var + 1x tbol + 1-2x stano

I want to try this out. Still somewhat lightweight but very very effective. I should be pretty full and pumped and continue to recomp real good. Both tbol and npp increase my appetite.

Going to stay away from sd for a while, might pulse on deadlift or squat days in the near future, I am good, I am feeling good, progress continuing on!

Got another good workotu in today, I actually felt really really sore and almost felt like I can't train (overtraining? Not enough sleep 100% too)

Second day with the wifey and we pushed through. I went like a deload day lighter on everything and less and varied it up, just because I didn't feel up to the task but still got a pump in and feeling it. Felt super hungry and actually kinda pigged out tonight to fill out. Tomorrow I plan to do legs

I took yesterday off, going for legs in a bit.

I got my package from @BodyTechPharma, got one free BPC157 and one free CBD oil to test out.

I so far got NPP, tren-e, mast-e, var, tbol

I popped cardarine and tbol today. Excited to see how it goes. Will inject NPP probably monday on next shot and reduce tren dosing.

Ipamorelin and modgrf are out of stock which is what i was most looking forward to, but gotta wait till next week 😞

We are enjoying the log brother please keep it up , With your limited equipment it is very impressive, My wife uses 1 incenerate and 1 albuterol together making great progress and zero bloat but she’s on almost a zero carb diet.

 
Yesterday was a good workout day, today not so much and I hurt my bicep today badly by forgetting about it and doing a quick snatch and pull when putting away a barbell with plates back on the squat rack... so I injected my first dose of BPC157 courtesy of BT (one free vial), I am pretty sure I will need many many more....

I really hate the pulldown machine we have, feels like a waste... I can't get a proper range of motion or feel in the back with it... I am tall and it's definitely designed for short ass people... at least the seated rows felt okay. Also didn't eat enough so it is what it is.... just needed to do something mentally.

The hurting the bicep ordeal more was not a good moment... and so I injected BPC157... lets hope it helps heal...

Also been taking CBD oil another gift from BT... it helps me fall sleep... having insomnia lately... it helps...

 
Looking good bro.  I’ll be starting a similar test/deca/tren cycle with dbol in about 3 weeks.  You’re gonna love it.  Was hoping to use BT for the cycle, but 2 weeks and no response to emails.  Hopefully next time, I’m really wanting to try them out!

Did first shot yesterday so now shots will be twice a week like this:

I did my first BPC157 shot yesterday up to the 20 mark. I dont know how much peptide is in the vial  as its not labelled but I did 2cc of bac into it

today i did 30 marks same bicep area just under skin im scared as hell to inject into veins LOL shit... so i can see my veins but just in case i am scared so being careful each time...

 
200 test, 200npp, 200tren?  That’s definitely enough to get the juices flowing!  I’m excited to run mine.  Will be 400test, 300deca, 400tren.  Should be able to put one a bit more size and stay lean on it.  It’s such a fun cycle to run!

Man I am thinking to myself over and over again, I can't believe like an idiot I snatch and pulled the barbell like that the other day lmao... i am so mentally used to picking it up and throwing it back up on the rack but totally forgot about the injury what an idiot I am.

I just want this bicep to heal then ill be able to go a bit crazy on everything again.

The other day when i was curling for example, I felt real good on the left arm, I would curl, peak and hold for contraction, but then the right would hurt like a bitch... making me just not go for it.

One quick update, I am feeling good about my chest, I am sorta shaping it up lol its a miracle... I am so happy I can do something on chest again. Still not ready for shoulder presses... Literally one year since the injury occured this month.
