Hey guys, I’m 19 years old, and my testosterone for the past year and a half has always been under 264ng/dL. It got even lower last month, at 240ng/dL. I’m losing weight, less stressed, using different shampoos, toothpaste everything i can think of that doctors have recommended to help. Nothing helps. I have gone to my doctor, complaining about how much i am suffering with my symptoms, and they don’t do anything. I am sick and tired of waiting, i have waited for them to do something for a year.
I just ordered 2x Test C 400mg/ml and 2x HCG 5000IU. I was coming on here to ask you guys two questions,
1. Am i doing the right thing? (i’m taking test until my next blood test appointment, wait for it to die out, be at nearly 0, and then finally get the TRT)
2. What doses would you guys recommend for what i mentioned i bought?
Thank you so much for your guys time and support!
First of all; i'm very sorry you're suffering. It must be extremely hard to feel the way you do. Many of us have suffered from low testosterone, and are being treated for it. Many of us (myself included), had to do it on my own because the medical community did not understand the very same things you have. Coming from this experience, I want to ask a few questions or perhaps show a different perspective.
1) what exactly are your symptoms? do you get morning erections? are you able to be aroused? I know this is personal but these are questions to be considered.
2) You're training hard in the gym? consistently? 3-5 days a week?
3) sleeping well? 8 hours minimum of sleep per night?
4) are you eating enough food? protein is high? keeping ultraprocessed foods at a minimum? 2500 calories a day? are you actually tracking calories beyond what you just see?
5) are you drinking or smoking pot or using other drugs recreationally? yes you're 19 - we've all been there. Nothing wrong with a drink or two, but bingeing amounts and smoking pot reduces testosterone.
6) you've asked for your test to be checked, and yes that's really low - mine was at 220 and the bottom end was 200 and nobody did anything for me. I'm sitting around 500-600 with 200 mg/wk - but some people talking 100 mg can get the same number.
7) you're going to play with fire if you try manipulating your numbers without knowing the effects it's going to have on you - you WILL turn into a crying, moaning, sore little bitch because your test is crashed and estrogen is high. your physician will know somethign is up because of the existing history. You should be asked to be referred to an endocrinologist for a second opinion (which you are legally entitled to have) if your physician is not providing a good reason as to no follow up. This may backfire.
I know this is tough. You're young and they are playing the ageism card on you - for a good reason. That doesn't mean you should suffer. But - keep in mind some things about your body that you may not know:
-You may not be a responder to test - meaning if you pump a ton of gear into you either you wont' grow at all or minimal, and/or your side effects are going to be brutal (you need arimidex and/or nolvadex with you)
-You are wanting to do test REPLACEMENT, not a cycle. You are complaining you are not feeling normal - so before you even begin try throwing 400+ test into you, you need to know what it's like to feel normal. Taking 100 mg/ml per week will extend your vials significantly, so you'd pull 0.25 ml and inject that once a week. You need to let it work for a 2-3 weeks first to even settle in, and then see where it goes, only going up another 50 mg (so 0.38-0.40 ish - easier to back load that into small insulin needles and do up a couple of shots that way) after 6 weeks of doing it. This is a long long game - and if you are going to go down this route, bro this is
FOR LIFE, not temporary. You will be doing this for another 60 years. It's almost impossible to quantify how long that is at 19.
So it's
extremely important to figure this shit out medically first, and see if you truly need a replacement. Because if you just want to blast gear, we can't stop you, but we can say from experience you're going to go for a hell of an emotional and physical ride if you don't have checks and balances in place.
