This past year I've been experimenting with several different option in terms of gear amounts mainly using
Test c, deca , tren a dbol oral.

At 1 point I was all the way up to 1300 test weekly and 800 deca. No sides and blood work done regularly and no real big issue other them some hdl stuff.
Yes I felt strong, lifted as such and grew, however I was tired all the time even eating at 4900 calories per day macros spilt up...

Then I titrated down to just Test c 600, deca 300 and splashed tren in at 50... anyways I feel much more engery, motivation and ofer all strength đź’Ş seems odd not sure.

Whats anyone's proper guessing on this and yes gear was real haha.

There's a lot of good reporting coming out now from steroid educators like Vigorous Steve, Kurt Havens, Dr. Dean St Mart, that blow the pants off of Mr. Mike Israetel for finding out real literature on dose responses and real world effects. We've known for years that there is a maximum ceiling for gains to sides, but it seems its far far lower (and fortunately so!!). Significant gains on 50 mg of tren per week as you say are giving benefits with ++ reduction in sides.

Bro science unfortunately has no checks and balances other than us, so whatever people threw out years ago was just some random number and went with it. Big numbers = big gains = don't be a pussy and be a man type thing. Who wants to run 50 mg a week that's paltry!?! RUN 600 tren rarrrrrrrrrrr.

And then there's the $$$ component behind it too - can't make money if people aren't going through a vial every couple of weeks.

Thankfully in this era, we are more educated and open about it. And the testing pool is larger in real time :p

None the less, less is more, and it's how I go now, and feel better about it.

I’m also a big fan of the lowest effective dose . There is no benefit in stressing your body anymore than it has to be. We stress our organs and bodies systems enough as it is. There is no good reason to accelerate your death for a sport .
