Welcome to the board bro. I can relate as a a few years back I too was over weight as I battle eating issues with depression etc. I still battle things but manage to get into very good shape at times doing two shows over the past few years. Find a great plan and just stick with it!

I have used this for a torn rotator cuff. The cuff is/was 80% torn based on MRI imaging I am not sure what % the tear is now. But I can attest this peptide does great things after a few weeks. I however have a very aggressive protocol as I was using  1000 mcg 2 times a day. Then tapered down to 500mcg 2 times a day then eventually 500mcg once per day. I was for 3 months.
