    Offseason logs are tough - changes are slow coming and I've had to make some adjustments. So here are some updates, I'll also include some pictures here in a bit. I decided to part ways with Nick, no bad blood or anything - I hired him for knowledge and received a fair amount but I also realized we share a lot of the same ideas and it mostly came down to a financial decision. 

    So now I'm on my own, pretty confident with what I'm going to do. So I'll lay out the idea for my diet. The main goal here is to improve recovery and help with my waning hunger. So my first three meals are higher fat, moderate protein my next 6 meals (including my pre intra and post "meals") are all heavy carb meals. The idea here is to place energy where I need it. 

    Gear wise I'm following the same protocol although I have tweaked the next portion a bit - but thats not going to start for another week. So still maintaining:
    test E 900mg/Week
    EQ 450mg/Week
    NPP 600mg/Week
    Arimidex 0.5mg/ED

    GH 2UI (3 or 2 times a day - 3 times a week, specified days)
    Insulin (3 times a day - specific days).

    I’m coming off a 12 week blast at 700 test and 500 eq with 4 iu gh. 2 iu am 2 iu pm. As of nov 1 I am coming down to 150 mg test and gh the same for next 12 weeks until next blast. Give my body and receptors. I feel if I keep up with proper rest and diet I will keep all my siZe except maybe a little water weight. Can you suggest timings of meals or kinds of foods I should be eating. I’m off season sitting at 225 now. Feel my body needs a rest. I feel I need to starting being more flexible and adding in more fats and more calorie dence foods. I am planning to compete in June of next year. But I need to hit at least 250 before I cut. Suggestions thoughts ??

    I’m thinking about trying neaveau for the first time. Have used a few other gh kits the last 7 months but feel like making the switch as I’m not a body tech only user for my gear. Would everyone recommend this for me to use. I’m Ben using 4-5 iu daily last 7 months

  3. This is all such great info thanks for sharing these updates. I’ve been doing a lot of research and payed a coach for some GUIdance on howmto time my training and food around slin. I’ve heard a lot of people that Use it and also have heard some people don’t feel it’s Needed. 5’9 255 dam bro. I’m 6,3 230 I got some catching up to do lol. 

    Time for me to give my body and receptors a rest and run trt 

    good luck at Toronto. Going to be a great show again this year

    typcially something id do with a client in this position is pull the food back, reduce inflammation, remove some of the drugs that are killing the appetite - and the one thing I find that helps 9 times out of ten... introduce some amounts of cardio.

    All things considered brother, my personal opinion would be to come off, or lower into a cruise dose and reset your body. I see a lot of things that are working against you. 

    I could almost guarantee taking a step back and then reintroducing everything in a more optimal situation would produce much better results then trying to fight your body every step of the way. 

    I also think adding anything else in is simply overkill. Don’t try to patch the problem with a quick fix - deal with the issue and like I said everything else will come much better.

    Very smart good advice thank you. The end of this month I plan to into a cruise phase of 200 mg test e per week and try and get my body healthy and feeling good again. I’m not progressing while trying to push up while feeling like that.

    I’m also getting heart burn pretty bad. So that’s been on since back on cycle.

    I’m not counting calories and macros now. My sleep is horrible. I only getting maybe 4-6 hours per night and once I wake up naturally from my body being awake I toss and turn until my alarm. I’m feeling overly run down on way less sleep. Yes I have heard a few people tell me to start doing 15-20 mins cardio per day to boost metabolism. My problem is not being hungry but still eating.   7. I started taking 50 mg of anadrol for the first 3 weeks of my cycle and am now off it. I’m about to taper down my test and come off the end of this month and cruise. I will continue to do my gh. Hoping my appetite comes back. And yes I use weed to try and eat but it just makes me want to eat garbage lol

  8. I have been having some major issue lately while be back on cycle. I’ve decided to now do 3 months blast on cycle and 3 months cruise at 150-200 mg test per week. I’ve been having some major issues having to force most of my meals while back on cycle. I’ve been taking 500 test 600 eq and 5 iu gh everyday. I know anadrol and eq are supposed to help with appetite. I feel I was a lot hungrier while on cruising low dose test. Has anyone else noticed this problem. I’m trying to grow like everyone else. And it’s the food that really helps me push up. Has anyone else had or noticed this problem and have any suggestions for me. Thanks !!!

    im from Victoria bc been training on and off about 7 years but really taken my diet and training seriously the past 3 years. I’m planning to compete in classic physique. I’ve been using aas on and off about 5 years. I’m willing to talk about gear, nutrition , supps and my personal experience. The bodybuilding scene in Victoria is small and a tight nit community.
