I have been training for years and now see little gains despite my 6 days a week at the gym.

I have poor genetic as I am tall and lean.  6'5" and 195 pounds,  About 12% BF.    I need help and roids could help me look smarter next summer at the beach.

I don't want to bulk that much -- maybe 10  pounds extra of muscles  -- and have no bodybuilding ambition like most of you.

Oral would be simpler.

Anything you could suggest with limited side effects?

What is the brand name of the caps you bought ?  They work ?

What brand name Creatine do you use?  I use C4 but considering whether I should buy something else.  Are they all the same ?  Any suggestions?

2 scoop of ANS Rave stacked with 1 scoop of Dilate 20 minutes before lifting. ... Great combo for great pumps.  Get so focussed.  More reps and can do extra sets. Fantastic results and great for vasodilatation.  

Fully agree.  I have been using ANS Rave with taurine for 2 weeks as pre-workout. Two scoops.  Great pumps and I see the difference already.  Much more focussed.  Not sure why but constant bulge in my pants - girlfriend loves it.  I guess production of testo level increases.
