New here. Trained 5+ days per week 16 years strong now. I like crossfit, it keeps me strong, athletic, and ripped. I'm strength biased. Never made it to the crossfit games but finished top 98+% in the open since 2011. I started on gear 3 years ago. I've home brewed with much success. The gear I brewed is smother than any labs I've ever used. I like working hard inside as well as outside the gym. I'm very entrepreneurial. 5'11" 218 lbs approx 8% bf.
