When doing some research on compounds and trying to find medical journals, often times they arent free! However some very nice folks have leaked a HUGE amount of research/medical journals among other things. You simply type in the URL/ PMID / DOI and a majority of the time I have been able to locate the full document free and immediately.
You will need TOR browser to access the site from my experience.

Then head over to
https://sci-hub.tw/
And I like to use google scholar to locate the articles by searching the official drug name (not street name)
