Diet tips and tricks.

For someone currently cutting down, I feel that for someone who gains weight very easily you absolutely need diet tricks. What are some of your favourite dieting must haves or even just some mental or physical tricks, aside from eating cotton balls and crap like that. 

One of my favourites is using melted frozen raspberries or other fruit (Presidents Choice has them for less than $4 a bag) instead of jam with peanut butter and jam. You can even take it a step farther and use plain rice cakes as bread or that 60 calorie Viking rye bread (I would suggest microwaving the viking bread for 10 seconds to make it more normal lol).
