Chest  -- smith machine presses (flat, incline, decline)

bis - preacher's curls or spider curls

tris -- weighted dips

back -- pulldowns or rows

shoulders - Smith machine presses

traps - shrugs

 
Legs leg press

back  t bar rows

chest. Incline dumbell

bis hammer curls

tris rope pull down

shoulder dumbbell raises

traps bent arm shrugs
