Fellow Lifters,
After lurking on boards for a long time the inevitability of actually picking a community to join has finally happened. The over all feeling of competency, respect and security here has instilled the feeling in me that I'll be in good hands here as I continue my training into 2020 and beyond. Hopefully I'll have opportunities to contribute, learn and have fun communicating. As a long limbed hard gainer who is getting up there in age I need all the support I can get.
