Hey all,

I am 52 years old guy from Calgary, been lifting for ages but never too serious about it. Finally decided to move on with my life and start doing things instead of regretting months later why i didn't do it.

It is very nice to meet everyone, read most of your posts, I hope to get to chat with some of you well
