Hello everyone,  new member here from NS.  I used to be a member of northern muscle. 

I work as a heavy equipment mechanic and love everything to do with the gym.  Been lifting for about 13 years now.  Started when I was leaving high school trying to gain self confidence. 

Anyways just wanted to put out a quick intro.
