Hello all !! Thx for having me and sharing your experience and knowledge. I am not a full time board guy but definitely come on to read and compare and learn. I am in Alberta by way of beautiful Halifax, am a small business owner and have soon to be 3 beautiful women in my life. I have been seriously training for 11 years, 38yrs old, 5'10" ( and a half ) and 233lbs this morning!!!
