I just recently found this forum have been lurking for a short bit. I do have quite a bit of experience with aas but it has been almost 10 years ago. And have been a member to other Canadian forums like this one. I might be looking for a bit of advice to even further my gains and get back at it. I don't really feel I have much to contribute but my own experiences with everything.
