Here is a recipe I’ve been using for awhile, love it on colder fall days. 

Easy. Tasty. Can’t go wrong. 

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Chicken 

8 breasts cubed 

3 Hooping tablespoons of Adams Crunchy PB 

2 tbsp Soy Sauce (light or regular, or swap for non soy based)

1/2 Cup Pumpkin puree (not the spiced) 

2 Heads of broccoli (and any other veg you want) 

In Wok or frying pan; 

Cook like stir fry

Add water to desired thickness.

I also top with cashews. On a bed of rice or good on its own.

Easy. Fast. Delicious ?
