hey all, excited to finally join a like-wise community.
I've been training consistently for a decade and have spent a lot of time on the why's as opposed to the what's in regards to training. Bio-mechanics, strength curves, resistance profiles, etc. I have used a large variety of Canadian UGL sources and have always done blood work/lab-testing to gauge quality so i may be able to offer unbiased insight to those with questions. I also have a lot of experience with preventative measures to hair loss and feel i will be of great use there.
