Hello everyone I just join and I wanted to introduce myself. I am from Ontario(Toronto) I am 45 year looking of male whose been in the gym for the last 3 years now. The gym hasn’t become my addiction. So here I am.
I was talking to a good friended of mine that’s been a long time member of your forum (Muscle beauty) and she recommend this forum and in courage me to join. I was told that it’s a great place to to get as much info one would need. And not just info but the RIGHT information. So here I am.
