LOW REPS BUILD SIZE AND HIGH REPS GETS YOU CUT??

I agree with this. Funny hearing guys at the gym talk about this shit and how serious they are when they say they’re doing light weight high reps to get cut lol.

i mix the two and also beg to differ, i see more definition and tighter muscles when higher reps are used...every BODY is different as we all know

For me i can do either and still maintain my size with both for myself it comes down to diet plus how much cardio i do...

I always figured that higher reps just gave you more pump. Not a bad thing cos it gets more blood flowing through your muscles.

I always emphasize training with intensity, hard contractions - heavy weight and good form. I’m always training to build muscle regardless of what my diet is... sure I’ll include different stimuli here and there depending on what I’m trying to achieve. But I’m always a proponent of maximum effort.
