Hey all.   New here.   Been training like 20+ years competing most of that time.   Pretty much quit competing for the padt 5 years but my spouce  nagged at me to get back on stage.  I DID  anf it paid off finally got my pro card.

Anyways here to mert new ppl and share info and learn
