I have heard some gym buddies talk about Forums. After a rough couple years, I went from a fit 215lbs to a fat 342lbs.
I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself back in January and started lifting again. I have cut 60+lbs fat and made great strength gains. I’m just trying to eat, sleep, breathe training and anything related. Hence why I’m here. I’m looking forward to gaining as much knowledge and information about lifting, nutrition, and supplements as possible.
