Hey guys!

listed below in the picture is my recipe for protein muffins. Super easy, be creative! Use in season fruit; Here I used pumpkin purée for a nice fall flavour! Big fav in my house! 

Alwats be cautious when baking with whey that you have enough wet to dry. Too much dry will turn your muffin spongey instead of moist.

I used a mix (product picture below) that is only made of brown rice flour, or coconut flour. Much healthier alternatives. Doesn’t bug digestion as much. 

I add mini chocolate chips (my kiddo loves them) and I put 100g of protein and made 8 muffins. Not bad macro wise!
