Over training

I go as hard as I can at gym Everytime I’m there I do 5 sets usually afound12 reps until I go up than it’s as many as I can get. I’ve been hitting a lot of lighted weight and going balls to the wall workout I’m on low dose of test and low dose eq I’m vascular but I want size I don’t know how else to train!
