Starting a new cycle figured I’d post it here to hold myself accountable!

everything is Canmed of course 🙂

7 meals a day

Meal 1 

500ml egg whites,  1 scoop isolate protein , 2 cups sugar wise rice krispies ( blended with ice )

Meal 2 

500ml egg whites , 1 scoop isolate protein,  100g raw weight oats , 1.5 tbsp peanut butter , 1 tbsp organic honey ( mix peanut butter and honey after oats are cooked)

Meal 3 

225g chicken , 200g potato,  1tbsp organic butter , 1 liter no sugar added orange juice ( not concentrate , real juice) 

Meal 4 

280g steak , 1.5 cup rice , 1 cup spinach ( cooked and chopped up in your rice , cook rice in chicken stock )

Meal 5 ( pre workout ) 1.5 - 2 hrs before training - McDonald's 

3 double hamburgers( no onions no pickles ) 1 large fry , 1 large diet pop 

Meal 6

280g chicken , 2 cups rice , 1 liter no sugar added orange juice 

Meal 7 

500ml egg whites,  1 scoop isolate protein,  2 cups sugar wise rice krispies blended with ice

Post workout pic after my McDonald’s. little to no bloat and the pumps are insane. Anyone in the 250+ range I challenge you to try it. Really starting to feel the drugs ramp up quickly. Cut out preworkout due to heartburn the food and slin seem to be picking up the slack for it anyways75A75C00-C2CB-49F9-9A38-DFCE29730077.jpeg
