Hey everybody,
I just wanted to say a quick hello, as the title implies haha. So I joined this site very recently and have so far, only been lurking. I have been visiting this site almost daily though, and there is a lot of good info on here... I am super happy to see all of these good reviews from these Canadian companies as well. Up until I joined, I had no idea most of them even existed. Already made a few purchases too, so I guess I've been doing a little more than just lurking haha . I will leave a mini review on them shortly after this post too.
So anyway, I've been training consistently since 2006... But I've had some definite minor set backs in the past, as a result of injuries such as brachial plexus injury, torn pec (from retraining that plexus injury), Spinal fusion/decompression (that one bummed me out), dislocated shoulder etc (the usual I guess). Those all happened before any AAS I might add. Anyway, those injures can't hold us NL back though! haha
Thanks for reading,
-MCJ
