WHEN I STARTED WORKING OUT 20 YEARS AGO I NEW NOTHING. I STILL AM NOT VERY KEEN TO DIET , CALORIES, AND CORRECT CALORIES. IN 2012 I GOT SERIOUS GAINED 50 POUNDS. SO FOR AN IDEA WEIGHED 237 WITH A 33 WASTE. HURT MY BACK SO NOW I AM BACK DOWN TO 182 AT 48 YEARS OLD. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE MUSCLES BACK IN MY MID SECTION BUT HOLD MY 32 TO 33 WASTE. SO ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED
