Hey all. I am the new guy here. Making my introduction post. I'm 31, been lifting for 3 years now after a 10 year break. 1.5 yrs on the ASS scene. Looking forward to joining the conversation. I am here to  learn and share what little I know! Looks like a productive forum 🙂 thanks !
