I'd like to officially announce the new and improved version of Northern Lifters in 2024! We're rebranding ourselves, we're stepping up, and wanting to show how serious we are at developing a strong positive community of fitness enthusiasts.
We want to show you we are striving to push positivity, education, and inclusiveness as our model for this community.
Training, nutrition, supplementation use, and general every day life is what we will foster as a community.
Those who contribute, get rewarded. Those who share, experience something that has been missing in years gone by.
We will not tolerate old behaviours, old grudges, the old ways of doing things. This board will show why us Canadian lifters are the best of the best, and the rest of them will have to match our level to have the quality we strive for.
So welcome everyone, to Northern Lifters 2.0! Please be patient as we roll out features, try some things, remove other things, and evolve. We just ask that you have fun with this, be open to change, and promote us!
