My gym just got a set, I’ve been experimenting with them as a warm up on shoulder days. Gets blood moving for sureI changed gyms,they have a room withTRX,rings,and battle ropes.Are these ropes of any value in the opinion of any members here?
I agree with them that rings are dangerous if not done correctly.Everything I have read about them says the same thing. Stay away!! These activities ppl do at crossfit are harmful and useless outside of crossfit.
