Hey everyone!

I've done some lifting, but not with any regularity.

My reason for joining is I suspect I have low test and if I can do something about it then I will. All that and to make a fitness/liting habit change for myself post 40 years old. Just got my paperwork to do bloodwork, and I'll get that all done this month. Not interested in most chemicals, but could be interested in some obv.

Basically I got tired of being a fatty-fat-fat, and won't be going forward. Like I said, I suspect I am up against a bit of a hormonal thing so I'm going to clear it all up and do this. 

40, Male, 5'10", 225lbs fatty-fat-fat body percentage.
