I am now training very hard for the event, but still, not there yet, unfortunately. To help me with my flexibility, speed and strength, my friend, who is also my trainer, have asked me to join an obstacle course training which is in Mississauga and he claims that this program could help me improve my flexibility and build up my core upper strength. I was wondering if there are others who are providing such training facilities. I am very much interested to know about it. I think it is good to have many options and when you have a lot of options, you could get the service at a more affordable rate. I am also interested to know if there are any promotional offers available or discount coupons available for their service at the moment.
