Hey all, first thing I read was your insulin post, loved it. I have used Purple Panda for years and when I saw they recommended this forum I had to check it out. I am 190 and change, 5'10, and a slight outline of abs probably meaning I have another 4 months to throw on some muscle and get stronger. Im top heavy and focusing on legs so next thing I will check out any post on building some bigger wheels.
