We were doing cardio pre workout and stopped for exaclty that. It took away from the work outs. Do it after now....... well sometime lol. Slacking lately.

Its one of my staples as well.

I take 1000 mg's a day. I find I get sick less. Seems if there is a nasty cold going around in the winter if I do get it I recover in 1/4 of the time. 

Until its rock solid its dangerous i'll keep using it.

I will be trying this as well next run.

I usually have a rockstar or monster.

I've done 10 days on 5 off then back on again. This was low dose, 250 a day. I dropped weight easily, just make sure you keep your diet in check. Only sides at that dose was sweating lots and felt hot all the time.

Buddy shouldn't have touched the weights. That could have caused a serious injury. There is probably a lot more to this story.
