A good friend told me about this place.
Been lifting on and off for a few years, hit roadblocks caused by life, spit the grit out my teeth and moving ahead.
My goal is to hit a solid 210 as I think it'll be aesthetically pleasing.
Fav lifts are deads, and OHP, and chinups.
