I never wanted to get off cause of the joint benefits. Shoulder joints felt real nice while on it.

At which bf% is it most effective to start bulking? Naturally or on test only? 

Ive heard the leaner you are heading into your bulk the better as you can take advantage of an insulin spike (thus being in a more anabolic state).

In the past I started a bulk (naturally) at a higher bf% and felt like I had added more fat than muscle. 

Thus leading to me having to cut much more fat than expected the past summer. 

Currently by my estimation, I’m around the 14-15% bf level and a slight diet break. Thinking of leaning out down to 10% range, maintaining and then bulking. 

Havent decided if I’d be bulking on test only cycle or attempt naturally again and save the cycle for next time.

I stopped smoking weed a few years back. Just didn’t like the highs I was getting.

But I had some CBD/THC edibles recently a four hours before bed. I had the best sleep and a nice calm high to watch a movie in bed. 

This ones a favourite of mine for the joint healing attributes, recomp and minimal suppression. 

LGD only at 10mg, I had none to little suppression. Definitely noticed and increase in strength, reps and endurance. 

Curious to to see how it would stack with s4 for strength gains.

Wow, she makes me look like a female 

I took 20mg a day for 12 weeks, endurance gain was minimal.

The fat loss continued even after use due to calorie deficit.

Heath will likely win until he retires, which may be soon. Wasn’t a fan of his physique last year.

Philips Series 7000 ain’t bad, grabbed it from Costco a while back. 

Has different clip sizes, trim beard, man scaping etc. When my facial hair gets to long I’ll usually trim before using a straight razor.
