  1. I haven't touched tren in 8 years but from what I recall note this was in my mid 20s but the worst side for me on tren was how it messed with my emotions. I'd go from feeling emotionally great, life, work, girlfriend everything felt great... then 3 days later I'd feel like shit, want to just go to the gym and keep to myself, be sleeping next to my girlfriend thinking man she cheating for sure not in an anger towards her cheating but sad like why, dreaded going to work... then I'd pop back into loving life. Mostly why I haven't touched it in years unless I were to compete I just see no need for it personally.

  2. Just wanted to give Medicus Research a shout out and review. Been using their test-e, eq, and var for 10 weeks now and very impressed with the products.

    The oil flows very smooth through a 25g with very little pressure applied which is good. Also no PIP at all during this 10 of 16 week blast. Both test and eq flow smooth and very thin oil.

    As far as the Var goes very good as well. Good strength, great vascularity, and mid section is leaning up nicely. 

     

    Overall very pleased with all of Medicus Research products and looking forward to trying some of there other items down the road.

    I've tried moderate test 350-400mg with higher anabolics and always feel good. I think Broderick way of using a sport trt 350mg test abd adding other things to it seems smart... his approach to use test to feel good and enhance male function but beyond a certain point you don't need more "male function" so adding in other anabolic to grow makes sense... 

  4. I've been looking up alot of Broderick Chavez stuff from interviews to podcasts this past year...

    Especially his take on using a "sport trt" dose of test at 300-350mg as a base and adding in other ansbolics. 

  5. I've been using Bodytech for over 6 years and won't touch another lab. The quality and customer service is top not and the reps are always willing to help. 

     

    Well just started a blast of 450mg sus + 450mg eq.... I saw bodytech had tdrol (12.5tbol/12.5mg sdrol) which I haven't touched sdrol since my prohormone days when I was younger and dumber running 20-30mg of the shit with no test base. Let me tell you tdrol simply put works for strength and size... but stay at a conservative dose 10-15mg is more then enough if you've never tried it.

  6. Interesting. I'm about to add 25mg mk677 to my blast starting September love the fullness I get from it.

     

    I think there is a place for sarms in stacks, and they do work its just we can't base them off or compare to traditional orals cause that's not what they are. 

  7. I'm a big test eq guy myself. Always feel good on it, keep cardio in and hemocrit in range and a feel good cycle. 

    I've tried a couple sarms mk677 and S4. S4 did give me slight yellow vision tint but definitely dried my midsection out / added vascularity. Mk677 improved my sleep / overall recovery alot, and increased hunger. I was / am still skeptical on sarms but they definitely did something. I'll be adding in mk677 on my next blast.

    Oral steroid I could take or give depending on my blast. I always lean towards var or low dose superdrol.  Body tech has M1T and madol (pheraplex) both unique prohormones... well steroids but old prohormones and imo much stronger mg for mg then usual orals. 

     

    I'm sure your muscle memory will kick in quick. You had size and fullness so it should take long for your body to respond not only to the gear but food back in as well. 

  8. I'll have more time tomorrow to type a more detailed experience with Berberine.  Once you figure out a good carb to berberine dose it will help shuttle the nutrients and carbs to the muscles.

  9. Been using berberine for years on and off now. Functions great during bulk or cutting. I use standard 500mg before 50gr or more carb meals 3x a day. Cycle it on and off every 6-8 weeks or so...

    Berberine is a very overlooked supplement with a host of benefits.

  10. Week 7 update. So far I'm actually quite enjoying DHB. Once again cycle is 600mg test + 400mg DHB + 25mg MK677. As you can see moderate test and dhb dose.

    The pip isn't bad at all 1ml dhb mixed with .5ml test and no pip what so ever. Warm the syringe under warm water for a couple minutes before injecting and I'm good to go. Once again this is just what works for me. 

    As far as DHB definite fullness, added vascularity, and strength is going up every gym session. Tore my pec tendon years back, so I'm careful with it but hitting 225lbsx12 on incline bench is something I haven't done in years. So for myself personally I'll take that. 

    As far as actual bodyweight gained 10lbs up, and maintaining a decent bodyfat slowly gaining. I dont look for big scale jumps so 10lbs in 6-7 weeks, while maintaining current bodyfat levels I can't complain.

    Only side I've experienced (until I see bloods at end of cycle) has been night sweats. They seem to come and go depending on carb intake, but comparable to old tren runs 4 years ago on the same level. But overall sleep is good 7-8hrs a night. I'm enjoying DHB so far as a better option the tren for myself personally.

    I see this pop up in lots of threads and I get both sides of the argument, but people are like x,y,z compounds are okay but they don't compare to tren.... or 600mg of compound x,y,z is like 200mg of tren. Each compound is different, nothing will compare to tren period. So in my opinion saying 600mg of one compound is like 200mg of tren you can't compare they are different compounds meant to do different things, and each individual responds different. People will say ehh x,y,z compound was ok but tren blows it out of the water, indeed if you are running 600mg or more of tren it will blow most other compounds out of the water now some people respond well to tren so to each there own. Mg for mg is a hard thing to base off of ex 600mg of tren a week would be like running 80mg superdrol per day (600mg superdrol per week) now that would be crazy but mg for mg I'd pick the tren over superdrol at that point. All I'm saying is whatever compound you choose to use as long as it is working well for you do what your body responds to.

    This exactly. I think this forum is one of the better forums out there as far as guidance for people to learn. Most forums will just throw high dose cycles 1gr this pis 1gr that, around for anyone and everyone and that's a recipe for disaster.

     

    Here at northernlifters we actually are smart, well I like to think most members are and we keep health in mind.

    I agree with this.

    Lots of information is parroted from various forums, cause this person did this and it worked for them... Its all genetic and how you respond to different anabolics, not one person is going to be the same.

    I dont like high test, nor do I like deca but thats just personally how my body responds. Haven't touched tren in over 3 years, great compound but don't feel healthy and good on it...

    So DHB has gained some small popularity, I figured I'd see how I respond to it. So far so good but only into week 3 so we shall see after 12 weeks my opinion on it.

  13. So far 2 weeks into cycle only change was adding 25mg mk677 before bed as I chose to not run any orals this blast and am pretty conservative on my doses. Some of the cycles I hear of ppl blasting at my gym are just ridiculous for what there physiques look like not to mention there terrible diets... crazy what ppl will put into there own body both anabolics and diet wise. 

    Loving the sleep and appetite increase from mk677. Will run it for the full duration of cycle and maybe longer 3-6 months to judge its overall effectiveness as a type of gh replacement. Note BT DHB flows so smooth. 

  14. Always used BT for all my gear needs. Just started a small blast, nothing crazy as I dont high dose anything really. Haven't touched over 350mg test in over 2 years, usually low test + medium eq, mast ect.. 

    That being said dhb has always intrigued me as I'm a huge eq fan, and after researching for the past year decided to give dhb a shot. 

    Cycle is 12 weeks of 600mg test-e + 400mg DHB + 25mg mk677 and ai as required. So far only a week in but man the DHB flows so nice and no pip to speak of... I'll keep you guys posted every couple of weeks and do a review on dhb in the end. 

  15. Well its almost time for another blast and DHB has really peaked my interest as of late. Been researching it for the last 6 months (covid boredom I've learnt alot about aas) and it seems like a great compound especially since I love equipoise. 

    Although I've researched DHB alot I wanted to ask my fellow northern members who have ran it there thoughts on use, dose, stacking ect... seems like it would be a great compound for a lean bulk / recomp run. I know Mike Arnold as of recently has stated he likes DHB alot.

    So any of you members that have ran it please drop your comments and experience in here.

    As of right now this is my proposed cycle (been cruising / blasting last 4-5 years) my cycles are quiet moderate these days as the less is more approach seems to benefit my body more. Of course Diet / cardio / training is dialed in. 

    Weeks 1-12: test e - 600mg

    Weeks 1-12: DHB - 450mg

    Weeks 1-12: Adex as needed 

    Weeks 1-6: maybe an oral kicker 

    Let me hear your experiences of DHB and cycle / stacks you've done. If there is interest I'll log it too. 

    Appreciate any feedback
